Pearcleaner is an open-source app cleaner inspired by Freemacsoft's AppCleaner and Sun Knudsen's Privacy Guides post on his app-cleaner script.

- NEW: You can now swap between category view and simple list view from Files view and Orphans view toolbar buttons - #462
- App updates are checked during Pearcleaner launch, can be disabled in Settings > General to opt out and check for updates only when navigating to the Updater view. This allows to show a count of how many updates are available in the global toolbar menu.
- Merge ignore/skip functionality into one mechanism for Updater view to allow fully skipping an app from checking for updates or only one version
- Add failure catch in Homebrew when install/uninstall action fail for some reason, shows Alert with action buttons to bypass or ignore - #461

For the 90th time, STILL need to see a side-by-side comparison of this program with the excellent (and free!) one AppCleaner. That is the one I use, and it works like a charm!

When I use PearCleaner to delete an App Store app, the app will appear later in the Mac App store to be updated. But it can't be updated or removed from the App Store suggestion list. (I restored the app from Time Machine to get it to stop showing up in the App Store list as a pending update). I could avoid using PearCleaner's suggestions to delete folders and files, but sometimes I forget which apps are downloaded from the App Store, so I wind up with this issue more and more.

When I add the Utilities folder to pearcleaner it doesn't show the apps in Utilities folder. Am I missing something?
